Our August 17th tryouts were productive and we've made solid progress on our roster! We're now seeking 1 Outside Hitter and 1 Middle Hitter to complete our U15 Nationals team. Second Chance Tryouts available in November.

Tryout Details & Timeline

Everything you need to know about our U15 Nationals tryouts

Before Tryouts

Complete Badger Region Membership ($10 tryout membership available) and download required forms. All paperwork must be completed and brought to tryouts.

August 17th • 2:00-4:00 PM

Tryout evaluation at Elm Grove Lutheran Church (945 Terrace Dr, Elm Grove, WI 53122). Comprehensive assessment of technical skills, volleyball IQ, and how players embody our core values.

Within 4 Hours

Results will be communicated to all participants. Selected players will receive detailed information about season commitment, practice schedule, and team formation.

Fall 2025

Team formation and training begins. Our inaugural season will focus on skill development, team building, and preparation for competitive play at the national level.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal Empower Volleyball Club athlete

U15 Girls

Athletes who will be 15 years old or younger during the 2025-2026 season. We’re looking for players with a passion for volleyball and a desire to compete at the highest levels.

Committed Athletes

Players who are willing to work hard, learn, and grow both as athletes and individuals. We value dedication, coachability, and a positive attitude over raw talent alone.

Team Players

Athletes who understand that volleyball is a team sport. We’re looking for players who support their teammates, communicate effectively, and put the team’s success first.

Character-Driven

Players who demonstrate integrity, respect, and good sportsmanship. We believe that character is as important as skill in building successful athletes and teams.
